Agricultural storage products

As regards agricultural storage products, we offer mobile slurry containers that serve as a logistics buffer within the fertilisation process. When a slurry tanker is spreading slurry out in the field, the container is placed nearby. This tank is replenished by other transport units — such as lorries, trailers, or other slurry tankers — which deliver slurry and transfer it into the container. The tanker working in the field then draws liquid directly from this buffer.

The container is not designed to be moved when laden — it is only transported when empty. Once it has been delivered to the working site, the hydraulic suspension is lowered, settling the structure firmly on the ground. Only once the container has been stabilised can the transport units begin filling it.

The standard design of a slurry container includes a docking cone that protrudes above the upper frame of the tank. The slurry tanker draws slurry from this cone, and should therefore be equipped with a hinged suction pipe to allow the medium to be drawn in from above.

The tanker or lorry replenishing the container's supply, meanwhile, must be fitted with a hose capable of pumping liquid through the lower coupling of the mobile container, or with a hydraulically submerged hose.

Agricultural transport products

Our range also includes agricultural transport products. These include hook-lift tanks (Multilift type), used as units for delivering the medium (e.g. slurry) to the buffer container or directly to the slurry tankers working in the field. Such a tank may be equipped with a docking cone, a standard hose, or a hydraulically submerged hose, enabling slurry to be transferred into the tanker working in the field. Optionally, a Multilift-type tank can serve as a slurry tanker in its own right. In this case, it is mounted onto an agricultural chassis fitted with a hook-lift system.

Multilift units are also used for mixing UAN. The process works as follows: water is transported to the field in the tank, and UAN granules are then added. In such cases, the tank is equipped with an agitator to ensure a homogeneous liquid, together with a hydraulically submerged hose enabling the ready solution to be transferred into the sprayer. Additional equipment includes a ladder and — in some cases — a working platform to facilitate the loading of granules.

In agriculture, Multilift systems are therefore used for transporting and mixing liquids, while the hook-lift system allows tanks, tipper bodies, or other modules to be swapped as required. Bodywork mounted on lorries can serve an identical purpose.

The third, and most popular, product within our agricultural transport range is the slurry trailer, which can likewise be used for carrying UAN. To transfer the medium from the trailer directly into a tanker working in the field, the tank should be fitted with a docking cone. The trailer may also be used to transport the medium to a mobile container.

Trailers offer a greater capacity than rigid tanker lorries, which translates directly into more efficient fertilisation logistics. An additional advantage is the versatility of the combination — an articulated tractor unit can work with various types of trailers, increasing the flexibility of the transport fleet.

Both trailers and rigid tanker vehicles enable rapid slurry transport at speeds of up to 90 km/h. This makes it possible to replenish slurry supplies in the field quickly and efficiently.
