Maxi 2 PLUS slurry tankers

The Maxi 2 Plus is a series of tandem-axle tankers with large capacities — 18,000 or 20,000 litres. Their construction is based on a robust, steel load-bearing frame, while the Bogie suspension system fitted ensures stability and operator comfort in challenging field conditions. Standard specification includes, among other features:

• steering rear axle — enhances the machine's manoeuvrability,
• hydraulic drawbar weight transfer system — improves stability when working with heavy ancillary equipment (e.g. injectors),
• designed for mounting an injector or dribble bar,
• choice of tyres — wide, large-diameter tyres reduce ground pressure and deliver lower fuel consumption,
• galvanised tank, painted frame, sprung drawbar, and various types of hitch (ball hitch, standard ring hitch, and swivel ring hitch),
• compressor with an output of approximately 10,000 l/min, driven by the PTO shaft. A choice of compressors from the renowned manufacturers Jurop or Battioni Pagani is available.

The tankers can be fitted with the following units:

• coulter injectors,
• disc injectors: 3 m (linkage-mounted), 6 m (trailed, with its own running gear),
• trailing shoe dribble bars and sub-surface injectors (Vogelsang, Bomech, Betec) in widths from 3 to 21 m.
